Born in Windsor in the UK and growing up by the Dorset coast in southern England before moving to the world heritage city of Bath, I gained experience as a Lecturer, Manager and Teacher Trainer in a quartet of UK colleges before moving to New Zealand and later to Singapore, where I am now a Permanent Resident.

While in South East Asia, I have taught in an elite boys’ school and also at the prestigious School of the Arts in Singapore, as well as being variously Head, Director of Studies, Principal or CEO at various international schools in Singapore, Burma, Malaysia, Thailand and Cambodia.

A main achievement has been enabling schools to gain Cambridge International school status, and that is what I hope to achieve here as well.

I can speak a little Thai and Malay and having lived in the Kingdom of Cambodia for seven years now, I can also  speak a little Khmer too!
